About the role
- Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike.
- We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for instructional and school-based positions.
- Oversee the daily activities of a team of 4-5 sourcing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure strong execution and results.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on special projects, process improvements, and sourcing innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- You possess 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting, or another fast-paced environment.
- You have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of sourcing teams and driving accountability through metrics and performance management.
- You are highly proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- You are comfortable navigating change and helping teams adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting large-scale or school-based hiring initiatives.
- Experience implementing sourcing technology, talent intelligence tools, or workflow improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
