Responsibilities
- Manage and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize project efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including AEM, AEP (CDP, CJA), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
- Proven expertise in delivering MarTech, CMS, and data-driven marketing solutions for enterprise clients
- Proven experience managing a team across different timezones
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
- Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, Target) are a plus

Compensation
- The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $140,000 and spans multiple levels.
