Responsibilities
- Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements
Requirements
- 3 years experience in Property Management or Lease Administration related roles.
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
- Ability to work in teams, particularly cross-functional ones.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and dealing with uncertainty.
- Interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to work with a ticketing system to organize work, manage timeliness and quality of service.
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Past experience with SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) a plus.
