About the role
- Platform Science is looking for a data-driven, empathetic, and detail-oriented HR (PX) Generalist to join our People Experience (PX) team.
- In this role, you will serve as a vital operational anchor for our daily HR processes, owning our onboarding and offboarding workflows, HRIS administration, and employee lifecycle check-ins.

Responsibilities

- You will collaborate across teams to optimize HR operations, foster high engagement, and deliver a seamless, compliant, and people-first experience for all Platform Science team members.
- HRIS Administration: Own the day-to-day configuration, data integrity, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now and connected HR technology systems.
- Process Optimization: Identify manual HR workflows, map current operational bottlenecks, and design scalable, automated solutions across HR operations.
- PX Programs: Collaborate with the broader People team on employee engagement cohorts, community initiatives, and administrative support for company-wide programs.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Infrastructure: Fully own and optimize the Enboarder platform for automated employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including contractors.
- Lifecycle Support: Facilitate new hire check-in meetings and exit interviews across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of general HR experience
Skills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now administration
- Excel Proficiency *Google Suite Proficiency
