About the role

- Enable trading & finance for SMBs: give smaller businesses access to financial tools once reserved for large institutions, utilizing stablecoins to facilitate global market access and liquidity
Responsibilities
- Prototype quickly to validate ideas, then harden the winners into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
Nice to have
- Proven experience with popular frameworks
- React and Node.js (or comparable) a plus.
Skills
- Stay on top of where the industry is heading - and bring new tools, patterns, and ideas back to make our systems better.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) - and enthusiasm for using them to ship faster and better.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong product instincts, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensation
- Base compensation ranges from $132,000 to $230,000 per year and will be tailored to your background and qualifications.
