As a University Recruiter (Contract Role) at Micron Technology, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor and trusted partner to hiring managers, external vendors, and university stakeholders.
You will provide guidance on recruiting best practices, align talent strategies with business priorities, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from engagement through offer.
You will own full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
