- Job Description: National Church Residences is the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.
Responsibilities
- Includes Fertility & Family Building Support, Weight Management, and Chronic Condition Support.
Requirements
- Minimum two years' property management experience required.
- Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively interact with community residents.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.
- and Expectations:
- Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.
- Assists with the budgeting process.
- Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.
- Oversees building maintenance.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
