Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Requirements
- Required: 6+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.

- Effectively utilize and maintain the Global Performance Management System, delivering regular, constructive feedback, monitoring progress, and adjusting training plans where required.
Nice to have
- Results-driven professional with a strong continuous improvement mindset and highly desired Black Belt or Green Belt Certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree combined with robust technical and operational experience, or 3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
