About the role
- We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for part-time, full-time, and overnight shifts.
- In this role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in their homes and community settings, helping them build independence, maintain health and safety, and achieve personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Support community participation (social activities, outings)
- Provide companion and emotional support
- Document services and progress accurately
- Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diplome or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and reliable
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services is a plus (but not required)
- Benefits:
- Wage: Part-time employees start at $17.59/hr. Full-time and Overnight Employees average $20.10/hr.
