- The Host Person is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests at Wynn Las Vegas.
- The Host Person serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience through professional communication, strong organization, and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, upbeat presence in all guest interactions
- Manage the guest seating process to ensure efficient table turns and balanced service flow
- Maintain accurate waitlists and provide realistic wait times
- Support front-of-house operations through clear, timely communication
- Guest Support & Service Recovery
- Support overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a host, restaurant, or guest service role preferred
