About the role

  • This role is responsible for creating a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding Forbes-level hospitality standards.
  • The Bell Attendant serves as one of the first and last points of contact for resort guests, ensuring warm, professional, and personalized service throughout each interaction.
  • The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support valet operations as needed, including vehicle organization, retrieval coordination, traffic flow assistance, and front drive efficiency during peak periods.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of resort services, promotions, events, and local Napa Valley experiences to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the lobby, front drive, bell storage areas, and guest service stations.
  • Previous bell, valet, or front drive experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to safely operate guest vehicles and comply with valet safety procedures when supporting valet operations.
  • Great If You Have
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or Forbes-rated resort environment.
  • Knowledge of Napa Valley hospitality, wineries, dining, and local attractions.
  • Experience with guest engagement, luxury service standards, or upselling initiatives

Nice to have

  • Minimum 1-2 years of guest services, bell, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, ideally within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
