About the role
- We're just considering candidates based in Ontario, Montreal or Quebec.
- We're looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of product ownership, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Given the lean team structure, you will play a critical role in balancing both product ownership and project delivery responsibilities within an integrated delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and delivery goals.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from client stakeholders and project partners.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed and validated to support efficient implementation.
- Support end-to-end project delivery by tracking scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a blended Product/Delivery role.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in digital product or technology environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail.
- The ideal candidate is AI-native or demonstrates a strong willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance requirements management, planning, documentation, analysis, and overall delivery effectiveness.
Nice to have
- Experience working with digital experience platforms, customer-facing products, or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and distributed teams.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), PMP, or equivalent.

Compensation
- The offered salary range is 90.000-120.000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
