Responsibilities

  • Build accessible user interfaces and assist with extending backend services and data pipelines to deliver customer impact
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of teammates and product partners to solve problems and achieve shared goals
  • Participate in design and code reviews, applying feedback to improve quality and maintainability
  • Support service ownership, including reliability efforts, on-call rotations, and incident response with guidance from the team

Requirements

  • Familiarity with software engineering, cloud platforms, and containerization fundamentals
  • Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code that meets requirements and adheres to team standards
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile teams
  • At least 1 year of professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience

Compensation

  • Competitive salary, health and retirement programs, wellness resources, discretionary time off (DTO), parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers, company-wide breaks, home office stipend, and an equity program.
  • The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
  • Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
