Must be able to troubleshoot and ensure the safe operational status of all forklifts and yard hostlers.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:45 pm - 7:15 am What will you do?
Under general supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install a range of equipment from low DC voltage to 120v - 480v AC high voltage circuits, motor controls, control logic, make minor program changes on VFDs, and troubleshoot by power wiring.
Understanding about sprockets and chains.
Must provide the necessary tools and instruments to independently perform any tasks at hand.
Perform all repairs on belt conveyors, roller conveyors, turn tables, and paint sprayers both airless and diaphragm pumps, Inspect/replace belts, hoses, and pipes as needed and other warehouse power equipment to ensure availability and safe operation.
Carry out preventive maintenance programs for all machines and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
