About the role

  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience in agile practices and a strong technical foundation in data integration, data warehousing, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Agile Practices: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering an iterative, transparent, and collaborative environment.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (data engineers, analysts, and developers) and client stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in data management, data analytics, or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data integration, data warehousing, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with technical tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, or similar.
  • Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or SAFe).
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Technical background in ETL tools, data modeling, or SQL development.

Skills

  • Understand and provide input on data pipelines, data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence reporting tools.
