About the role

Responsibilities
- Maven Family Planning - provides support through your Parenting journey including egg freezing, fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and returning to work.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business process improvement, operational excellence, or internal consulting within financial services
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field / degree
- Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong executive communication and presentation development skills, including ability to structure clear, concise, executive-ready materials
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Nice to have
- 2+ years of prior experience at a management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, or similar)
- Experience in payments, risk insights, digital identity, banking, or fintech space.
- Strong analytical skills, PowerPoint fluency
- Experience in Financial Services and the payment ecosystem
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in BI tools and advanced analytics
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
Compensation
- New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $125,000 - $156,000.
