Requirements

  • 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification.
  • 1+ years of hand tools experience (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
  • 1+ years able to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/ or drawings.
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements.
  • 1+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select.
  • As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay.

Compensation

  • $34k-$38k
