About the role
- We are seeking a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
- This role is responsible for leading and managing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring execution aligns with RNGD's standards of safety, quality, budget, schedule, and culture.
- This position is based out of RNGD Headquarters in New Orleans and provides regional coverage throughout the Southeast as needed.

- The Project Manager partners closely with field operations, preconstruction, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes while supporting RNGD's mission and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field teams.
- Manage owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies to protect project delivery outcomes.
Nice to have
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management systems.
- Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CM-Lean, CM-BIM, or related credentials.
