Responsibilities

  • Your application and interviews should still reflect you and your own thinking.
  • A natural connector - you build rapport quickly and genuinely enjoy helping people make decisions
  • Registry support - help guests build and manage Babylist registries that actually fit their needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or guest service - you know how to read a room and make people feel welcome

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay

  • Since opening in 2023, we've welcomed expecting parents and their loved ones into a beautifully curated space to explore baby gear, build registries, and feel truly supported.
  • We're looking for someone who is curious, empathetic, and excited to be part of our guests' journeys.
  • This is a permanent, in-showroom position (not event-based), averaging 35-40 hours per week with additional hours during peak seasons.
