- Support patients with financial assistance and charity care applications
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to support patient needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent. required
- Understanding of third-party billing and insurance processes. required
- Knowledge: Understanding of third-party billing and insurance processes. required
Nice to have
- Hospital business office experience
- Experience with Meditech systems
- Cash handling or payment processing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
