About the role

  • The Data Service Team serves as the experts on managing data infrastructures as services for CoreWeave.
  • The data infra includes but is not limited to managed databases, data ingestion, data flow, and data lake and analysis for CoreWeave and its customers.
  • This team is responsible for the development of use cases, discovery of innovative solutions, automation and operations of our data service infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build a world class engineering team by hiring and developing the best talent in the industry.
  • Design and implement services to deliver data to teams with a focus on providing managed solutions through APIs
  • Analyze telemetry and system data to drive improvements in throughput, latency, and resilience.
  • Work cross-functionally with platform, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless storage capabilities across the stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing or leading data service infra teams
  • 5+ years of hands-on software or infrastructure engineering.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $207,000 to $275,000.
