About the role

  • To actively schedule and navigate employees served by Hendricks Regional Health (HRH) Employer Wellness Center partnerships over the phone and in-person.
  • Primary scheduler for the organization's overall employer wellness centers: efforts including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Work with our clinic providers and wellness clinical team members to guide patients to properly covered services.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active list of HRH Employer partner participants including such information as key contact information, services provided for each respective organization, etc.
  • Support the mission, values and philosophy of HRH by complying with all employee minimum standards. Uphold organizational and professional ethics.
  • Complete administrative support responsibilities for the department.
  • Support HRH Employer Partners - Manage patient navigation needs from our corporate partners.
  • Work with Tiered Network coordinator as directed for additional support.
  • Serve as main phone support and electronic informational support to all employer partners needing scheduling services.

  • Working with appropriate staff within HRH and employer partners to ensure proper network coverage and information is disseminated.
  • External events - Partner with wellness team members and marketing for participation in community-wide health events and screenings.
  • Communications support - Utilize a variety of social media and other communication platforms to engage the community, HRH associates and wellness program participants.
  • Work with wellness and other health experts to provide appropriate, timely wellness information to the appropriate audience for increased relationship-building opportunities.
  • Coordinate wellness-related community events in conjunction with Population Health Manager.
  • Provide phone support/customer service needs for wellness-related inquiries and needs.
  • Initiate suggestions or assist in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate scheduling practices for the wellness team and the audiences it serves.
