The goal of an Aircraft Technician at Wisk is to ensure that aircraft are ready for safe, effective, and efficient flight operations, including flight testing.
In this role as an Aircraft Technician, you will play a crucial role on the Wisk Flight Test and Operations team.

Perform routine aircraft inspections, diagnose, repair and resolve aircraft maintenance issues with appropriate documentation.
Be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality work completion to remain compliant with FAA airworthiness regulations.
Support a wide range of teams, including Flight Operations, core engineering, and marketing, by contributing to their tests and other activities.

The successful candidate typically has 2+ years of experience and demonstrates hands on experience in the following areas:
You have hands-on experience with aircraft, preferably in the experimental category and general aviation.
You are a highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed professional with a broad technical skill set, adept at independently tackling complex challenges.
You have a deep knowledge of complex tools, such as specialized applicable tooling for aircraft.
Familiar with completing detailed work orders, logbook entries, and other regulatory paperwork accurately with a knowledge of FAA regulations.

$35 - $43 per hour - The starting base rate within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
Wisk HQ is located in Mountain View just a couple of hundred feet from Shoreline Lake and its surrounding walking/jogging trails.
