Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful connections. Strengthen relationships with existing clients, develop new clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional technical project delivery.
  • Lead with purpose and energy, inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
  • Drive business and project success. Oversee project performance-including budgets, timelines, and resources-ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and empower talent. Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Expand our client base. Partner with business development and program leaders to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver technical excellence. Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including Sites/Projects in multiple states and under multiple State voluntary programs as well as State and Federal RCRA, CERCLA and UST programs:
  • Soil management plan and engineering design
  • Build meaningful connections.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, develop new clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional technical project delivery.
  • Drive business and project success.

Requirements

  • Professional licensure (PE) required
  • 17+ years of environmental consulting experience
  • Proven success in client facing roles and leading large, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Civil, Environmental or a related engineering field

Compensation

  • $122,000.00 - $182,000.00
