Responsibilities
- Procurement and Vendor Support
- Support competitive bidding processes for construction and facility projects
- Help maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers across multiple regions
- Partner with project managers to support construction, maintenance, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain insurance certificates, service agreements, and contractor records
- Support purchase order creation and processing
- Facilities and Maintenance Support
- Maintain procurement databases and vendor information
- Prepare reports and support ongoing cost management initiatives

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, facilities coordination, construction administration, vendor management, or project support
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, or third-party service providers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as ERP or procurement platforms
Nice to have
- Experience supporting construction, facilities, maintenance, or capital improvement projects
- Experience in retail, fuel, convenience store, property management, or multi-site operations
- Work closely with operations and project teams in a collaborative environment

Compensation
- $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
- This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
