Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality and performance.
- Perform regular system audits and updates.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide technical support and training to LMS users, including employees, instructors, and students.
- Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
Requirements
- As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, 360Learning).
- Strong technical skills, including experience with database management and system configuration.
