About the role
- At Vestcom, an Avery Dennison company, we are looking for a Versatile Contributor to join our Print Operations team.
- You easily shift between tasks-from data entry to staging materials-with a positive, proactive mindset.
- You take pride in "Team Before Self," checking your work meticulously to ensure accuracy in every print.
Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- In this role, you won't just run a machine; you will own the "circulatory system" of our customer deliveries by managing data, initiating high-speed laser print jobs, and ensuring every product meets our zero-defect quality standards.
- Drive Results: Manage multiple print stations simultaneously, juggling re-runs and new schedules to ensure we never miss a customer deadline.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with Facility Managers and Production Leads to pivot quickly when emergency changes or data discrepancies arise.
- Safety & Quality First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and use PPE to ensure a "Safety-First" environment for yourself and your team.
