Job Description WGL - HR Advisor This role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in employee relations and advisory work and is looking to step into a more business-facing role.

Demonstrated ability to partner with managers on performance, conduct, and employee matters independently
Proven ability to partner directly with managers to navigate employee matters, including performance, conduct, and day-to-day HR decision-making
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing, time-sensitive priorities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to support broader HR initiatives
In a regulated, operational business, the work is nuanced, fast-moving, and rarely black and white - you'll sharpen your judgment and build real depth in HR faster than in more routine environment
You won't operate in a silo - this is a highly connected HR team where Advisors, HRBPs, and COEs work closely together to solve problems and support the business

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,400 - $138,075 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
