About the role
- The Key Supervisor serves as a shift supervisor and operational leader within the dispensary.
- This role is responsible for all Dispensary Associate duties while also overseeing daily administrative and supervisory functions.
- This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) and Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Dispensary Associate duties, including reception, register/drawer, and fulfillment shifts
- Greet patients, verify credentials, and maintain patient flow
- Support timely and accurate transactions at the point of service
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Support fulfillment of in-store, call-ahead, and online orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient service
Requirements

Compensation
- $44k-$44k
Benefits
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays; set schedules are not available for this role.
