About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with expertise in interior and exterior home repair, including stucco repair, drywall, painting, minor interior trim repairs, siding installation/repair, and general maintenance tasks.

Perform stucco patching, crack repair, resurfacing, and sealing
Paint building exteriors and interiors, including prep work, masking, priming, and finishing.
Perform interior drywall repairs and painting.
Follow safety procedures and local building codes.
Supportive team environment with dedicated back-office support.

4+ years of experience in stucco work, painting, and siding repair/installations.
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and application techniques.
Ability to assess damage and provide accurate repair estimates.
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
