- 3-4 years experience in retail management preferrably hardlines
- Ability to focus on critical issues and activities
- Knowledge of retail business and Outlet Store operations
- Ability to pay attention to detail

- The Store Manager I is responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) financial performance of the store.
- The Store Manager ensures that Outlet Store presentation standards are maintained at the highest possible level.
