About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for PMS, CRS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems.
- Manage and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems, ensuring a smooth implementation process and post-project support.
- Perform data analysis and reporting on system performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices to ensure consistent user adoption.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both hardware and software management, with experience overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hospitality systems.
Nice to have
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in hospitality systems such as PMS, CRS, revenue management systems.
- Hospitality Product Knowledge:
- Strong experience with at least one or more of the following systems is highly preferred: Oracle Opera, Amadeus, TravelBox, HotSOS, Travelport.
