Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Helpdesk and DAS Support services.
- The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the execution of Helpdesk Support Services for the USCP Office of Information Systems (OIS).

- The PM will serve as the main point of contact for all technical and administrative matters under the contract, ensuring the delivery of services meets or exceeds the required standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the USCP's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and resources to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery and resolve any performance or operational issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and updates to the COR.
