About the role
- Contracts Administrator, with a keen attention to detail, to join our legal team and make an immediate positive impact.
- Review contracts signed by Platform Science and accurately and succinctly/comprehensively summarize pertinent dates, contract obligations and terms and deviations from approved Company templates so that they may be appropriately tracked through Company tools
- Administer the negotiation of certain contracts and help determine issues for legal, financial or other functional team review
Responsibilities

- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from contract initiation to contract execution
- Partner with the Program Management function to translate PS contractual obligations into tracked, measured internal tasks or other operational parameters
- Collaborate with the Finance department and other internal stakeholders to ensure contract renewals are considered and implemented in an appropriate manner
- Manage vendor form agreements and vendor agreement process with the procurement team
- Administer and manage day-to-day contract functions: initiating contract signatures, contract drafting, archiving documents, contract tracking, reporting and data entry
