About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Water Sector team in the Greater Toronto Area.
Make waves with a collaborative and creative team as you work on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects
provide mentoring and direction to junior engineers and designers

Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain key customer relationships and assist with increasing current market position.
Lead business development and proposal pursuits.
Manage and actively participate in projects.
Provide direction to the design teams throughout all phases of a project. Review drawings and engineering reports.

Familiarity with local planning/approval process.
Working knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, associates, and clients.
Ability to effectively multi-task and work in fast paced, highly charged environment.
Professional Engineer (P. Eng.).
8-10+ years of municipal infrastructure design for Public Sector projects in Southern Ontario & Canada.
Creative and innovative thinker with sound technical aptitude and attention to detail.
Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.

& Qualifications
Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Collaboration, mission-driven focus, discipline, and leadership skills developed through military service benefit us all.

As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $110,000-$140,000 for this position and local market.
