About the role
- The HR and Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and day-to-day HR operations at Farm & Forge Club.

- This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow within HR.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- This position provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office coordination.
