Negotiate and manage general contractors, vendors, and landlords for tenant improvements, buildouts, and facility expansions on tight timelines.
Build the capital budgets and plans for facilities projects and hold them, tracking spend against forecast across every active build.
EHS and building code compliance.

Manufacturing or lab facilities.
Tenant improvement and office buildout at scale.
Multi-state or multi-country facilities.
Data center or mission-critical environments.
