Responsibilities
- Develop integrated clinical formulations, safety plans, and stabilization plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required).
- Licensure: Within one month of employment must obtain a preliminary clinical license.
- Provisional (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.)
- Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- All licenses must stay up to date and valid during employment.
- Experience in crisis stabilization, acute behavioral health, emergency services, or substance use treatment.
- Strong working knowledge of ASAM criteria, withdrawal management levels, and co-occurring disorders.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and confidentiality standards.

Compensation
- $60,000 - $75,000 per year for provisionally licensed staff (LPCC, CSW.
- $75,000-$85,000 per year for fully licensed staff (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

- Conduct comprehensive crisis behavioral health assessments, including suicide risk, violence risk, and substance use severity.
- Provide crisis stabilization interventions, including mental health holds, de-escalation, brief therapy, and substance use interventions.
- Collaborate with medical staff, SUD counselors, behavioral health technicians, emergency departments, detox facilities, and community partners.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians during shifts.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation supporting safety, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement.
