About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Land, this role provides strategic oversight of Denver homeowner associations and metropolitan districts through third-party management partnerships.
Responsible for community performance forecasting, financial strategy, and business planning to achieve division goals while enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong collaboration between community management and development teams.

Develop and maintain HOA governing documents through developer counsel and coordinate ownership transfers of HOA tracts and amenity facilities.
Review land plans, design guidelines, and operational requirements
Create and maintain Ownership and Maintenance Responsibility Maps for new and existing communities.
Collaborate with Community Marketing and third-party management partners to develop and launch community lifestyle programs.
Serve as Board President and developer representative for HOA and Metro District entities through community build-out and turnover.
Manage HOA, Metro District, and project subsidy budgets while monitoring long-term financial sustainability.
Analyze financial indicators, assess the business impact of decisions, and provide recommendations to support organizational objectives.
Review land plans, design guidelines, and operational requirements; provide recommendations to Housing and Land teams.
Foster strong relationships with residents, board members, consultants, and community partners to support successful community operations.

Minimum 7 years experience in community development, special district and/or HOA management, minimum 5 years experience in management leadership roles
Prior leadership experience and operational responsibility during community start up as well as early life cycle community development
Effective communication skills with experience reporting operational results to executive teams
What We Offer:
Annual Base Salary Range: $105,000-$115,000
Annual Bonus Target (Discretionary): 25%
