About the role
- The AI Transformation Leader will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering value to our healthcare clients.
- AI Transformation Leader will be the primary point of contact for 2-3 key clients, attending all meetings, and coordinating action items between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage against Partnership Plan including articulation of business goals, KPI definition and project plans.
- Lead all client meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Identify new use cases and create business and product requirements that provide incremental value to the client.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement creative solutions to deliver client value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Facilitate the data integration process in collaboration with engineering, understanding various client data environments and internal engineering team requirements to successfully deliver the product.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements
- Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and/or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Experience with data integration processes and understanding of various client data environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $250,000.
