Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and their application.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage team members.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Scope of Position
- This lean-thinking individual, as part of the Foundry Operations Team, will be responsible for oversight of 1st shift operations, ensuring production goals align with customer requirements and company objectives.
- This position will lead the team in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while driving operational efficiency and associate engagement.
- This position reports to the Operations Manager, is onsite, and is based in Franklin, NH.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards, as well as budget and cost control measures.
- Manage 2nd shift production and material handling to meet delivery schedules while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Lead daily Gemba walks and KPI board reviews to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Review production and operating reports, addressing and resolving operational and maintenance challenges.
- Improve resource use by organizing and directing workflow to meet production plans.
