Responsibilities
- ✔ Support the sales team, customer service manager, and company president
- 🤝 Work Buddy Program - Paired with a veteran teammate for support, lunch check-ins, and a happy hour in your first 90 days
- 📈 Leadership Mentorship - New managers are matched with veteran leaders for a full year of coaching and support
Requirements
- ✅ At least 2+ years of Customer Service or Receptionist experience (or equivalent)
- A background check and drug screening are required for all new hires.
- ✅ Fluent in English & Spanish - this is a MUST!
- ✅ Polished, professional, and personable
- ✅ Detail-obsessed and super organized
- ✅ Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication
- ✅ Able to multi-task like a pro and stay calm under pressure
- ✅ A team player with a "no task is too small" mindset
- ✅ Comfortable working on a PC
- ✅ Non-smoker
- 💪 Willing to lift boxes, sweep the floor, or run a last-minute errand if that's what the day needs
Compensation
- 5 days per year
- 🤒 Paid Sick Days: 5 days per year
