Responsibilities
- As our Contract Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and engineering positions across a variety of industries.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop sourcing strategies for challenging searches.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

- As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to partner with us on a contract basis, supporting multiple manufacturing and engineering searches.
Requirements
- include: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, operations, or technical positions.
- Experience recruiting passive candidates.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Nice to have
- Agency recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting across Canada and/or the United States.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and engineering disciplines.
- Experience recruiting leadership-level positions.
