About the role

This position will focus on streamlined reporting of key risk metrics to key stakeholders and on the automation/development of the Risk Team's day-to-day energy risk, operational risk, credit risk, and enterprise risk activities.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Credit & Energy Risk.
This hybrid role will be located in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Developing and supporting the middle office function by establishing and enhancing effective processes and procedures through data automation efforts.
Leveraging a strong baseline understanding of IT infrastructure to manage, construct, and analyze large data volumes housed (predominantly) within the Clearway ETRM but also originating from S&P, Moody's, Clearway's internal contract system, etc.
Detail and process-oriented mindset with the ability to lead initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, economics, finance, business, or related discipline.
2-4 years of middle office operational experience with credit and/or market risk knowledge in an energy trading or commodity environment.
