About the role

  • QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary repairs and make-ready maintenance on vacant units.
  • Implement a routine preventive maintenance schedule on all systems
  • Perform all duties necessary for the completion of resident work orders and requests for service

Requirements

  • Appropriate EPA certification is required.
  • Minimum three years experience in supervising a maintenance team

  • Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of various hand tools
  • Available to take on-call rotation as required for emergency duty.
  • The employee must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, smartphone technology, and proof of auto insurance
  • Education: High school graduate or GED equivalency. Appropriate EPA certification is required.
  • Minimum three years' work experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair or similar function
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of equipment, machinery, and building systems (including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) and the ability to perform minor repair work on such systems.
