- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field
- You have superior communication skills
- You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot

Compensation
- $80k-$100k (depending on experience level)
- Commission: Uncapped commission with accelerator past quota
- This role is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.
