Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, detailing short-term and long-term plans for product development.
- The ideal background would be one of two profiles: A proven Product Manager with experience building or supporting automotive dealership service functionality within a CRM, DMS, fixed-ops, or dealership technology platform.
- Or, an experienced dealership Service Manager / Fixed Ops leader who has been a strong adopter of technology, regularly provides feedback to CRM or DMS vendors, understands what works and what does not inside a service department, and is passionate about helping build a better service product for dealerships.
- This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands dealership service operations and wants to help shape how technology supports the next generation of fixed ops.
- Your main goal will be to develop products that will resonate with our customers and align with our business goals.
- A proven Product Manager with experience building or supporting automotive dealership service functionality within a CRM, DMS, fixed-ops, or dealership technology platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
- Proven experience in the Automotive Dealership sector.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in creating strategic product roadmaps and delivering them from inception to launch.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
- Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
Compensation
