About the role

This is a hands-on, in-the-Discord role with real ownership over the systems underneath it - we care as much about how you simplify the operation as how you grow it.

Build direct relationships with our top creators: make them feel seen, get the most out of their work, and turn them into the center of gravity for everyone else
Automate creator service end to end - bug reporting, general knowledge, and escalation bots - so support scales past what a person can do by hand
Own the referral program and the creator payout system - strategy, infrastructure, and monitoring
Use the product every day like the rest of us: play the games, build with the tools, ship things
Have 5-10+ years in community management for consumer or tech products, likely carrying a Senior CM, Community Lead, or Head of Community title today
