About the role

  • We will be reviewing, interviewing and hiring for this role on a rolling basis.
  • Our services include Strategy, Planning, Program Management & Construction Management.
  • This role will also involve office engineer duties as outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document the progress of construction activities, identifying any deviations from the planned schedule or specifications.
  • Maintain daily records covering running totals of quantities and costs while construction is in progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in construction inspection, with a focus on transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • W ill be required to be obtained NICET certification within 6 months of employment (if not actively held)

Nice to have

  • NICET I or II certification in transportation/highway and bridge construction is highly preferred.
