Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
  • One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
  • Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
  • Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
  • Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level
  • Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
  • Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
  • Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
  • Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
